How we work
We work with investors and owners on apartments and houses in Lisboa, Porto and the Algarve. Each decision is weighed against budget, timeline and the expected buyer.
Materials are chosen for durability and restraint. Rooms are planned to photograph well and to live better.
Optional staging prepares the property for presentation and is removed or included in the sale, as agreed.
