Data collected
Through the session request form we collect name, e-mail, mobile phone, project type, property location, intended timeline and message. With consent, measurement cookies collect anonymised browsing data.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to reply to your request and to prepare a proposal (pre-contractual steps and consent, Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Measurement data is processed only with consent.
Retention
Request data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows, in which case legal retention periods apply.
Recipients
Data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, such as e-mail and form relay services, under data processing agreements. Some providers may be located outside the EEA, with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to acardosodecor@outlook.pt. You may withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
