The project
The house had been divided over decades into small, dim rooms. The project removed what was added and kept what was original: granite walls, chestnut beams, the stair.
A palette of limewash, oak and linen lets the sea light do most of the work. Joinery was drawn by the Atelier and built in Paços de Ferreira.
